John Stevens is a great teacher, I bought this DVD because I was introduced to misogi though my Dojo although at the time I did not know that that was what it was, over time I have become very interested in the spiritual aspects of Aikido. This DVD covers misogi no Jo, no Ken, as well as many other forms of misogi. I thought it was very informative for anyone interested in either as I mentioned before the spiritual side of Aikido, or even anyone who is interested in the weapons of Aikido.
